1. Returns

We want you to have a great experience with Trugar.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 2 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
• The return request must be submitted within 2 days of delivery.
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please contact us at trugarcare@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

 

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we'll notify you of the refund status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 72 hours.

 

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We'll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
