Zero Calorie Masala Chai

Ingredients:
- 1 cup water
- ½ cup milk (or plant-based milk)
- 1 tsp tea leaves
- ½ inch ginger (crushed)
- 2 cardamoms or 1 clove (optional)

Method:
- Boil ginger, cardamom, and clove in water for 2–3 minutes.
