Zero Calorie Masala Chai

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup milk (or plant-based milk)
  • 1 tsp tea leaves
  • ½ inch ginger (crushed)
  • 2 cardamoms or 1 clove (optional)

Method:

  1. Boil ginger, cardamom, and clove in water for 2–3 minutes.
