Sugar Free Coconut Laddoo

Make this holiday classic guilt-free using Trugar Sugar-Free Sweetener — no refined sugar, only pure sweetness. These delicate, fragrant coconut ladoos are prepared with freshly grated coconut, a pinch of cardamom, and a splash of Trugar Jaggery or Coconut Jaggery for that natural taste.



Ingredients:

  • 1 cup grated coconut (fresh or desiccated)
  • 2 tbsp Trugar Sugar-Free Sweetener
  • 1 tbsp Trugar Coconut Jaggery (optional for flavor)
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder

 

Method:

  1. Lightly roast coconut in ghee for 2–3 minutes.
  2. Add Trugar Sugar-Free Sweetener and mix until it blends well.
  3. Add Coconut Jaggery if wanted, mix well, and cook until mixture thickens slightly.
  4. Shape into small ladoos while warm — and indulge in a zero-sugar, zero-guilt treat.
